Diversity in Practice designs unique program offerings to support the development of lawyers and law students of color in and around our legal community. Programs include professional development, continuing legal education, forums to share best practices, networking opportunities, projects to promote the Twin Cities diverse talent nationwide and much more.
We believe diversity improves a workplace and adds value to an organization. It is no secret that the practice of law is changing significantly. The “new normal” is not so new anymore.
