TCDIP is a coalition of over 70 Twin Cities law firms and corporate legal departments. We believe that all attorneys can access the relationships, resources, and opportunities that drive long-term success.
Why It Matters
The Twin Cities legal sector is full of potential. But not everyone has had equal access to the tools that build strong careers—like mentorship, visibility, and leadership pathways.
Our work is grounded in the belief that expanding access to these tools isn’t just fair—it’s necessary. Our profession will become more innovative and impactful when we remove barriers to advancement and elevate diverse talent.
