The Board of Directors drives Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) and the Wanton Injustice Legal Detail (WILD) to lead the way in diversity and inclusion initiatives in the legal field. Through our seven Board committees (Executive Committee, Emerging Leaders Group, Member Engagement and Innovation, Nominating, Outreach, Professional Development, and Recruiting) we support our Members as they engage in this work by putting the appropriate resources in their hands and creating opportunities for collaboration.
