Each Member Organization appoints a Member Representative who acts as the primary liaison with Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP), sharing information about TCDIP’s programming and initiatives within their organization and helping to engage more people in our work and mission. Member Representatives are also invited to help shape our programming by joining a committee, participating in our Annual Meeting and twice-yearly General Member Meetings, and voting annually to approve the slate of Directors for our Board. Serving as a Member Representative means being a champion for TCDIP within your organization and helping to advance inclusion and diversity in the legal community.
