Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) provides many opportunities for Member Organizations, attorneys, and law students of color to get involved in the organization. We create opportunities for professional growth and organizational development by providing trainings, resources, mentoring programs, and structured opportunities for sharing best practices. In order to develop a vibrant and diverse community within the legal field and beyond, TCDIP provides many opportunities for formal and informal networking, mentoring, and social events. Attorneys at all levels of an organization, and at all phases of their careers, can take an active role in TCDIP by sharing their expertise and perspectives, shaping TCDIP’s priorities, and helping us plan and implement our programming. Finally, law students of color are invited to jumpstart their careers by participating in networking events, mentorship opportunities, the TCDIP 1L Clerkship program, and the Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference.
