Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) is a professional association composed of over 70 law firms and corporate legal departments who have committed to our mission to attract, recruit, advance, and retain attorneys of color in the Twin Cities legal community. Members leverage their collective experience, financial resources, and time to support TCDIP.
