Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) is a professional association composed of over 70 law firms and corporate legal departments who have committed to our mission to build opportunity and community for attorneys of color and all who seek to advance an inclusive profession. Members leverage their collective experience, financial resources, and time to support TCDIP. They also engage in opportunities to learn and share best practices and tools, as well as to create a vibrant and inclusive legal community.
