Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) is committed to recruiting and supporting law students of color and early-career attorneys of color in the Twin Cities area. We collaborate with local affinity bars – check out our Law Student’s Guide to Opportunities with Bar Associations to learn more about programming from TCDIP and our local affinity bar organizations. Whether you are a local or a recent transplant, TCDIP provides opportunities for you to connect with mentors who can play a role in your career, participate in meaningful conversations with experienced attorneys, spend the summer clerking with a top-notch employer, and participate in our job fair with both private practice attorneys and government employers who hold TCDIP programming in high regard.
