The Emerging Leaders Group (ELG) provides business development, mentorship, and networking opportunities for newer and mid-level attorneys of color with up to eight years of experience. Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) Member Organizations are invited to choose a rising attorney of color or ally as their Emerging Leaders Group Representative. Your ELG Representative will participate in a range of programs and opportunities designed to enhance leadership skills and create a stronger community of diverse attorneys in the Twin Cities metro area. ELG also offers professional development and networking programming for early-career attorneys.
