Meet Jake Holdreith, one of our incoming 2025 Board Directors! We chatted with Jake to hear more about why he’s involved with Twin Cities Diversity in Practice.

What is one of your favorite TCDIP programs or events?

My family and I had a really great day at the Summer Alliance on July 17 at CHS Field. It was great to see old a new friends in a relaxed environment.

What was one of your first TCDIP memories or connections?

TCDIP has really been present in my practice for as long as I can remember and it is really difficult to reach a memory that goes back to the beginning, but I’ll say one of my favorite memories was the recognition of our immediate past managing partner, Steve Schumeister, for his lifetime contributions. Steve has been such a great advocate for the organization and an inspiration to me. Big steps to try to follow in.

What do you look forward to contributing as a TCDIP Board Member?

I hope I can show up with a big heart and a fearless mind to help take down those barriers that we don’t need.

What is a piece of advice you wish you’d known earlier in your career?

Everybody falls down sometimes.
