TCDIP Connect: Congratulations to our participating teams!

The first season of our TCDIP Connect group mentorship program wrapped up last week. Over 85 attorneys and law students engaged in our new mentoring program. Ten teams met from March to June to have candid conversations about professional development, challenges in their careers, strategies to tackle diversity, equity and inclusion issues, and more. Our participants all appreciated the opportunity to meet people from across the Twin Cities and build new, long-lasting connections.

Throughout the program we challenged our teams to meet up frequently through friendly competition. Congratulations to our team that collected the most points, Team Salsa and Ceviche! A huge shout-out to Katherine Chen, University of Minnesota; Kou Thao, Mitchell Hamline; Jihan Jenkins, Pentair; Ben Kappelman, Dorsey & Whitney; Robert Moshrefzadeh, 3M; Jill Radloff, Stinson; Maliya Ratliffe, Fox Rothschild; Joy Wang, Norton Rose Fullbright; Usha Neelakantan, 3M; and Scott Rothenberger, Barnes & Thornburg. We’re already looking forward to the next of TCDIP Connect!
