TCDIP Connect: Our Mentorship Program
We are about halfway through the pilot season of TCDIP Connect, our Mentorship program for law students and attorneys at all levels. Erik Drange (3M) shared his thoughts about what makes TCDIP Connect meaningful:
“I have really enjoyed participating in the TCDIP Connect program over the past four months. For me, the best part has been meeting and connecting with other attorneys and law students in the Twin Cities that I might not have otherwise met—particularly during these times when we are all isolated a bit more than we would otherwise be.
Each month, one of our team members prepares and leads a meeting where we get to know each other better, watch videos, and discuss various topics. I have found that the thoughtfully-designed group structure—versus a typical one-to-one mentor-mentee structure—has enabled much broader connections and yielded multiple perspectives, while still enabling our group members to build those deeper relationships they seek in a mentoring program.
I look forward to what the second half of the TCDIP Connect program will bring!” |
