In Fall 2024, TCDIP worked with the Stress and Resilience Institute to develop a study and understand how the current state of well-being for attorneys of color and the impact on retaining attorneys of color in Minnesota. The purpose of this research and report is to inform TCDIP Members and in-house counsel about how to positively impact the well-being of attorneys of color with an eye towards increasing the retention of racially diverse attorneys at law firms.
