Friday, December 4, 9:00 AM: Part 3 of Race, Mindfulness and Wise Action with Michelle Maldonado!

Practicing law and juggling the expectations, demands and relationships associated with it can be rewarding, but also exhausting and depleting. As attorneys and legal professionals, we hold great responsibility in our hands. How we show up matters, our state of mind matters and our well-being matters.

During the series with Michelle Maldonado we’ll take a deep dive into how a mindfulness practice can help you successfully navigate issues of anti-racism, equity and inclusion and cultivate well-being for yourself, your colleagues, and family.

All legal professionals at TCDIP Member Organizations are invited to join us for Part III: Cultivating Psychological Safety with Healthy Culture & Climate. This session will cover:

  • Integration (Leveraging lessons and practices learned from previous two sessions as building blocks for creating psychological safe environments)
  • Cultivating resilience (Inner, Emotional and Cognitive)
  • Engaging in difficult conversations with compassion and accountability

Join us for the last part in this series December 4!
